If the face of the baby or more is visible, don't post it. For fictional stuff anything goes. All posts must be marked NSFW and you must add either `[Pregnant]` or `[Birth]` to the start of your post to indicate which kind of content you're posting. Also not a rule, but a suggestion: Consider linking to a privacy-friendly YouTube alternative like `yewtu.be` or `piped.video`.
