1. You can speak freely here, but the Ministry of Interior reserves the right to censor your posts for reasons of National Security such as preventing coordinated attempts at ideological subversion.
2. This is more of a guideline than a rule, but your post should generally be related to the nation of Kaltovar in some way.
3. If your post is censored, you will generally not be banned and will receive a detailed explanation as to why. Only frequent offenders and those who post criminal materials will be banned.
4. (Serious) We will proactively cooperate with most national and international security agencies in regards to **credible** threats of violence, terrorism, animal abuse, child abuse, and human trafficking. However, we will never cooperate with government agencies of the so-called People's Republic of China, because the PRC government is Fascist and we will not contribute to their unjust oppression of their own people.
